24H Amsterdam is an opportunity to enjoy the very best of all that Amsterdam is and has to offer. Be it in the north, south, east or west of this city, there are big and small heroes going about their lives, upholding historic traditions, blazing a trail with new ideas, educating, entertaining and brightening up the lives of the everyday Amsterdammers around them.
A day in the life of Amsterdam
Throughout 2016, 24H Amsterdam is exploring all corners of the city in five editions, each dedicated to a different part of town. Be you an old Amsterdammer, new to the city or a tourist passing through, 24H is a fantastic opportunity to discover all that the city’s neighbourhoods have to offer in a blistering 24-hour period, as theatres, museums, shops, hotels and clubs open their doors and throw up some special surprises. The 2016 editions take place on the following dates:
24H Oost on 13 & 14 February
24H West on 12 & 13 March
24H Zuidoost on 21 & 22 May
24H Zuid on 24 & 25 September
24H Noord on 29 & 30 October
